Shipping Policy

Because we stock the items we sell, most orders placed by 3 pm PT ship the same day. In the rare case that an item is backordered, or we are unable to ship your item(s) out within 1-3 business days, we will notify you immediately. The shippers we use for our free standard shipping include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or FedEx Smart Post.

Expedited shipping can be selected at checkout for a fee. We offer a variety of shipping options ranging from 3-day air to overnight. Select the option that’s best for you and we’ll take care of the rest!

Returns + Exchanges

Our customers enjoy an industry best 45-day return period that begins the day your items reach your home or business. Off Trail has a hassle-free return policy in place, meaning that we don't make you jump through hoops in order to return items for a refund or an exchange. We want our customers to have ample time to familiarize themselves with the unit/accessories they order, and have created a generous return policy to support this. Take comfort in the fact that you can test drive the unit for 45 days to determine if it meets your needs! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll email you return instructions. You can also call us at (800) 410-4525 to initiate a return. If your correspondence with our return department is due to the fact that the item you received was defective, we will either provide you with a return label or add the cost of the shipping fees you incurred to the amount we refund you.
